Common Errors:

- "Never been Updated" or "Last Updated On"

- Unable to refresh all tickets

- "The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format"

- 401 Refresh Error

- API Error

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Ensure your Eagles app is up to date.

2. Open the Eagles app.

3. Tap on "My Account Manager."

4. Log out and log back in if you're already logged in. If you're not logged in, sign in to access your tickets.

5. If the issue continues, access your tickets through our website: https://am.ticketmaster.com/eagles.
